Pay Fees
Online payments are preferred. NOTE: All payments made through the online platform Zeffy are free. You will be prompted to support Zephy’s nonprofit payment system or donate to the booster club, but it is not required.
Volleyball Boosters can take cash or check. Make checks out to RMHS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL BOOSTER CLUB and note your athlete’s name in the memo field.
Work CSU games to pay you dues
Hi families,
We have a wonderful opportunity to raise money and also be a part of the excitement of the CSU football games. Allied Universal operates guest services for CSU sporting events. They are seeking help from organizations like ours to help on game days. CSU will be a sold-out game and they need extra people to help with this event. However, there are 7 home games listed below that are options. You will work as ticket takers, bag checkers, ushers, and wanderers. Once the crowd gets into the stadium we will remain in our work areas but will be able to watch the game. Shifts will be anywhere from 4-6 hours approximately. The pay of $17/hour will be donated back to the program. Two shifts will cover the cost of your player’s dues, or 1 shift will cover half. Buy Game Tickets in Advance
GoFan allows fans to transfer, redeem, and purchase game tickets in advance.
With GoFan you can pre-purchase tickets for events, or you can purchase tickets at the gate. GoFan will accept credit/debit cards, Google and Apple Pay which is incredible. We will still have cash sale options at the games as well.

Home Game Meal Hosting Information
Location for Home Game Meals: Multipurpose Room
The multipurpose room has been reserved for each of the home game. The multipurpose room is located at the end of the long hallway across from the main gym double doors (also by the training room) and/or right side of the girl's locker room.
The janitorial services at Rocky help us set up the tables/chairs and break down the tables/chairs. They also clean the room after we leave. We offer the janitorial services food for helping us out.
Supplies:
We have a cooler in Coach Jamie Mackenzie's (Avry's mom) office (near the multipurpose room) that stays at Rocky to store plates, plasticware, napkins. The cooler is emptied before/after the meal, filled with ice (we get ice from training room). We will most likely need another tub which I will provide for extra supplies.
We should be supplied with two rectangular tables, round tables, and chairs. We wipe down the tables and chairs after the meal with disinfectant wipes.
During clean up, extra supplies go back into cooler and tub to be placed back into Coach Mackenzie's office for the next home game.
Extra Info:
We don't need parents to be in the multipurpose room the whole time, but it is helpful to manage the food, girls, and supplies. Since C and D teams play at the same time, it's helpful to have parents from Varsity and JV to sign up to help when C and D host.
